Bomb threat: Person of interest in custody

Boaz Police are working with Arab and Cullman law enforcement to find the person or persons responsible for phoning in bomb threats to Marshall Medical Centers North and South and the Cullman Regional Medical Center Sunday night.

Boaz Police Chief Terry Davis said a male caller called 911 stating bombs had been placed at both MMC facilities and at CRMC and were set to explode at about 9 p.m. The call was made at 8:17 p.m. and the caller stated the bombs were set to explode in about 45 minutes.
