Literally half the man he used to be

Posted: Wednesday, October 3, 2012 4:53 pm | Updated: 4:57 pm, Wed Oct 3, 2012.

Edwin Velez is almost half the man he used to be, and he’s telling the nation about it on “Good Morning America” on Thursday.

The Albertville resident has lost 140 pounds in 11 months. The first 100 came off in a remarkably short four months all because of Velez’s newfound dedication to diet and exercise.

He is an inspiration for those whop are overweight and lazy. They should learn from his story the fact is that when you are so dedicated and motivated you could lose weight and get in shape. But you can not skip your routine weight lifting routines, if you maintain and diet for a long time you would tone down too.

I am more interested in his diet and exercise regime than his story of loosing weight. I know there are a lot of options available now but I wonder whether he lost that much weight naturally or took help of any surgical procedures. I am buying steroids online to get into my earlier shape but it seems quite tough once you gain weight.

This points up the fact that you have to have the resolution to be able to lose weight, so that means going for regular workouts and following a diet and most importantly avoiding all sorts of junk food.

He has done an incredible job, those who are overweight they should find some home. It is better to consult with a doctor and dietician about the most viable weight loss program and if you can stick to that program you too would be able to lose weight.
