RSVP looks for volunteers

Posted: Wednesday, October 3, 2012 3:18 pm

The Marshall County Retired and Senior Volunteer Program is calling for volunteers to help with a new plan to assist recent veterans returning from war.

RSVP received a grant last month to start the three-tiered program that will train volunteers to help veterans with online job searches, offer free computer classes and resume assistance for veterans and military families at RSVP’s computer lab in Guntersville and provides support groups and counseling services for those returning from deployment and their families.
