Hundreds on hand for first day of Harvest Festival

Music filled the autumn air in downtown Boaz on Friday morning.

“Did you hear the Boaz High School band a while ago?” asks Mayor Tim Walker. “Ah, it was great. We put the stage in the middle of 168 in between these buildings and all of the sound stays in the area. It’s kind of a theater by design, I guess you could say.”
