Aggies’ Bell commits to Vols on Friday

Rising senior Trinity Bell, of Albertville, announced his verbal commitment to play football for Tennessee on his Twitter account Friday morning. On Tuesday, he had named Auburn and Tennessee as the final two schools he was considering in his college football recruitment. A week earlier, he had listed a top five of the Tigers, Volunteers, Florida, Kentucky and Central Florida. Rivals.com ranks the 6-foot-7, 255-pound Bell as the No. 11 prospect in the state’s class of 2021, while 247sports.com lists him at No. 15. Both sites rate Bell as a three-star prospect. Tennessee head coach Jeremy Pruitt is the only head coach who came to Albertville to visit Bell. Bell joins a Tennessee recruiting class currently ranked No. 2 in the nation by both Rivals and 247sports.
