• Christy Higgins was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, tampering with physical evidence, three counts of illegal possession of prescription drugs and obstructing government operations.

• Waylon Greene was charged with three counts of possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia, prescription drugs, obstruction of government operations and failure to appear.
