• Ethan Rogers, 30, of Fort Payne, was charged with failure to appear, attempting to elude, resisting arrest and third-degree criminal mischief.

• Dustin Salers was charged with failure to appear.

• Joseph Davis was charged with second degree domestic violence.

Oct. 12

• Ernest Powell was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

• Tony Jackson was charged with having an open container, possession of a prohibited beverage, DUI, resisting arrest, attempting to elude and carrying brass knuckles/slingshot.

• Colby Beason, 24, of Geraldine, was charged with failure to appear.

• Barry Ware was charged with unlawful possession of a prohibited beverage, driving while under the influence, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and giving false ID to a law enforcement officer.

• Billy England was charged with negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument.

• Patrick Ridge was charged with a probation violation.

• Katey Jacobs was charged with alias writ of arrest.

• Christie Filmore was charged with possession of prohibited beverage and public intoxication.

• Taylor Hollis was charged with of possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia and an illegal beverage/manufacture equipment.

• Tiffany Tuten was charged with failure to comply.

• Tony Lester, 29, of Scottsboro, was charged with a court order.

• Shai Kirtz was charged with failure to appear.

• Jordan Bottomlee was charged with failure to appear.

• Jericho Tidwell was charged with first degree possession of a forged instrument, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and alias write of arrest.
