1 round bread loaf from supermarket or bakery
1 lb. hot pork sausage
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. sour cream
2 cups of sharp cheddar cheese
1 (4.5 oz.) can of green chilis
1 large bag of dip chips or corn chips
Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees.
Hollow out cener of the bread loaf to make a bowl, leaving about an inch left on the bottom.
On the stoove, brown the sausage in a skillet over medium heat. Then, drain the grease.
In a large mixing bowl, combine together the cream cheese, sour cream, browned sauage, cheddar cheese and green chilis.
Spoon mixture into the bread bowl and bake in the oven for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
Serve warm with chips.
