Aggies to play at home Tuesday

Albertville varsity boys head coach Patrick Harding talks to his team during a play date this month. The Aggies will face Oneonta, Gadsden City and Hazel Green in a Tuesday play date at Albertville Gymnasium. The Aggies played at Hartselle and Alabama-Huntsville this week.

The Albertville varsity boys basketball team is hosting one play date this summer and it happens Tuesday, with games scheduled at Albertville’s competition and auxiliary gyms as well as Albertville Middle School.

Guntersville, Etowah, Gadsden City, Scottsboro and Oneonta are among the other teams who are competing. Games tip off at 9 a.m. and continue throughout the day. The final games are scheduled for a 4:30 p.m. start.

The event includes varsity, junior varsity and freshman games.
