Mr. Dannie Lee “Red Dog” Lang, 67, of Albertville, passed away Sept. 10, 2019. A memorial service will be held by the family at a later date. Cremation services were provided by W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Richards; daughter, Anna Lang Patterson (David); stepson, Elijah Estes; mother, Dulce Rauschenberg; four grandchildren.

Mr. Lang was preceded in death by his father, Hoyt Lang; brother, Tony Lang; stepdad, Henry Rauschenberg.

William Richard Poss, 72, of Horton, passed away Sunday, Sept. 15, 2019.

A memorial service will be held today, Sept. 19, at 5 p.m. at W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel. Family will receive friends from 4-5 p.m. prior to service.

Starlette Marie Lambert, 64, of Lincoln, passed away Saturday, Sept. 14, 2019.

Her funeral service will be today, Thursday, Sept. 19, at 11 a.m. at Albertville Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow at Anniston Memorial Gardens. Rev. Joe Cosby will officiate the service.

Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. before the service.

She is survived by her son, Joey Lambert (Jennifer); three grandchildren; father, George Lambert; sisters, Carolyn Rains, Linda Stringfield; brother, Frankie Lambert.

Ruth Roden, 72, Crossville, passed away Sunday, Sept. 15, 2019.

Funeral services were Wednesday, Sept. 18, at Crossville Memorial Chapel. Rev. Farrell Blanks officiated. Interment followed at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.

She is survived by sister, Lisa Webb (Raymond).

Robert “Bob” Felton, 66, of Boaz, passed away Tuesday, September 17, 2019.

His funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 21, at Albertville Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery. Rev. Fred Nichols will officiate the service. Visitation will be from 9:30-11 a.m. before the service.

He is survived by his wife, Betty Felton; brothers, Curtis Felton (Yong), Shayne Felton (Anita).

Mattie L. Morrow, 84, of Albertville, passed away Sunday, Sept. 15, 2019.

Funeral services are today, Thursday, Sept. 19 at noon at Adams Brown Service Chapel. Burial will follow at Liberty Hill in Horton. Bro. Johnny Morrow will officiate.

She is survived by her husband, Lawrence Morrow; daughters, Jo Ann Morrow, Diann Voss, Cathy L. Howard, Annette Slone; seven grandchildren.

Celia Pegues, 87, of Albertville, passed away Sunday, Sept. 15, 2019.

Her funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Friday, Sept. 20, at Solitude Baptist Church. Interment will follow in the adjoining cemetery. Rev. Joey Cannady and Rev. Charles Dixon will officiate.

Visitation is today, Thursday, Sept. 19, from 5-8 p.m..

She is survived by her daughters, Helen Gamble, Patricia Pegues, Juanita Bright; six grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; brother, Rex Hard (Marlene).
