Funeral services were held Wednesday, Dec. 4, at Adams Brown Service Chapel. Burial followed in Fairview Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, June Freeman; sons, Tyler Freeman, Adam Freeman; mother, Icy Freeman; sisters, Frances Freeman, Audrey Clanton (Walter), Myrtle Skelton (Eddie); sister-in-law, Renae Freeman; brothers, Jimmy Freeman (Sandy), Richard Freeman (Vennice), Andy Freeman (Charlotte), Heath Freeman (Pam).

Marjorie Chaviers, 89, of Crossville, passed away Sunday, Dec. 1, 2019.

Her funeral service was held Tuesday, Dec. 3, at Etowah Memorial Chapel. Burial followed in Hillcrest Cemetery. Rev. Wayne White, Phillip Wright and Norman Chaviers officiated.

She is survived by her children, Linda Wright (Phillip), Norman Chaviers (Dianne), David Chaviers (Glenda), Charles Chaviers (Martha), Donald Chaviers (Sherrill) and Phillip Chaviers; 14 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; two great great-grandchildren; sister, Janie Carson; sister-in-law, Bobbie Jean Chaviers.

Etowah Memorial Chapel directed.

Jackie Don Smith, 77, of Crossville, passed away Sunday, Dec. 1, 2019.

A graveside service was held Wednesday, Dec. 4, at Union Cemetery. Rev. Wayne White officiated.

He is survived by his sons, Bradley Smith, Eddie Smith; daughters, Malinda Langley, Amy Sutphin; four grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; mother, Dorothy Smith.

Etowah Memorial Chapel directed.

Wetumpka

Gregory Wayne Lovvorn, Jr., 31, of Wetumpka, passed away Saturday, Nov. 30, 2019.

Graveside services will be today, Thursday, Dec. 5, at 1:30 p.m. at New Hope #2 at Holly Pond. Visitation will be from 11 a.m.-noon at Adams Brown Service Funeral Home.

He is survived by his parents, Gregg Lovvorn, Susan Lovvorn; sisters, Kim Pearson, Natashia Strickland, Alice Lovvorn; brother, Matthew Lovvorn; grandparents, Benny and Martha Anthony.

Arvil Otinger, 88, of Horton, passed away Sunday, Dec. 1, 2019.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, Dec. 4, at Albertville Funeral Home Downtown. Burial followed in Liberty Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. Bill Scott and Larry Gunter officiated.

He is survived by his wife, Linda Otinger; sister, Carolyn (Wendell) Cook; children, Rickey and Janice Otinger, Mike and Tammy Otinger; Victor and Cynthia Otinger, Shane and Angie Otinger; nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.

Albertville Funeral Home Downtown is assisting the family with arrangements.
