My mom used to make cheesy scalloped potatoes and it was always one of my favorites! So, I got to thinking how I can make this more of a complete meal without anymore work. The solution is adding ham! Leftover ham can be used or just ask them at the deli counter for about a ½ pound of the best non-sweet ham they have. We enjoy Boar’s Head Smoke Master Beechwood Smoked Black Forest Ham. Add a nice salad, steamed broccoli or green beans to the side for a complete meal.
