Saturday night’s card features 10 matches, headlined by WWE, ECW and NWA television star Johnny Swinger wrestling Christian Pierce, known as “The Bun,” for an NWA world title.

There will be a Latino luchador match, an ACW tag team title match and an ACW world title match. Another highlight of the evening be a WWE Hall of Fame ring presentation.

Mr. Big and Rock Star Cody Wild are two more of the wrestlers who are expected to compete Saturday.

“This is fun for the whole family,” said Mickey “The Hammer” Henry, the owner and promoter of 431 Sports Arena.

“I don’t allow vulgarity. Kids can play in a real wrestling ring before the show starts.”

Henry hopes to be able to add a midget match featuring WWE midgets to Saturday night’s card.

Henry offers a pro wrestling school at 431 Sports Arena. Call him at 256-515-3108 for more information about the school or to buy reserved seats for the Summer Slam, which serves as a fundraiser for the arena’s bicycle and toy giveaway at Christmas.
